The Property: Lighthouse Cabin, Pond and Trails

EHF Canada works from a rural property in Caledon East, Ontario — close enough to the GTA for a day trip, far enough to actually step out of the workday. Sessions, retreats and gatherings all take place here.

The Lighthouse cabin

The Lighthouse cabin is the heart of the property. It is where Carl runs his ongoing meditation group in Caledon East, and where many private sessions and small-group gatherings happen.

The pond and the land

The pond and the surrounding land give retreats and wellness days their breathing room — space to walk, to sit, and to be outside between sessions. Photography of the property is coming soon; a shoot is planned for the cabin, the pond and Carl at work.
